e-Gift Card
Need of a gift for someone special? Choose the ERA eGift Card and select an amount of your choice (from €20 to €500). We’ll then email the card directly to you, giving you the option to send or print the eGift Card for the lucky recipient. They will then be able to browse www.eshop.era.com.cy and use their voucher online at the checkout, et voilà! *Redeemable only on the online store.
How to use the ERA e-Gift Card
- Browse online and add the products you would like to your bag.
- Once you reach the checkout, you may use the e-Gift Card Voucher code in the 'Gift card or Discount' box at the checkout.
- The e-Gift Card amount will be deducted from the total value of your bag.
e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- This card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
- e-Gift Cards can only be used towards an online purchase and cannot be exchanged for an In-Store Gift Card.
- Discount codes are not eligible against a purchase of a Gift Card or e-Gift Card.

Click & Collect In-Stores on all orders - Enjoy Click & Collect at any ERA Department Store of your choice. Just select your preferred Department Store at the Checkout. * We will notify you once your order is ready to be picked up - up to 3 working days.
RETURNS
In case you wish to return your order or part of it, you can do so within 28 days from the day of delivery.
For Health & Hygiene reasons the following products are NOT eligible for return:
Items that are not sealed, Eyeliners, Mascaras, Lip Glosses, Brow Mascaras, Nail Polishes (Base Coats, Top Coats, Nail Treatments, Eye lashes, Eye Lash Curlers, Nail Files, Nail Clippers, Nail Scissors, Hair Grooming Scissors, Lip Liners, Brow Pencils, Hair Colorants, Deodorant, Shaving Tool Sets.)
