Welcome to the ERA online store where you can shop your favorite beauty brands! To shop with us please create an account using your email address and a secure password. Within your account you are able to save multiple shipping addresses for a speedy checkout. Please note that if your email address is not recognized, but have previously shopped with us, you will need to create a new account for security reasons.

We aim to have your items delivered to you within 3 working days, excluding Bank Holidays. This may increase during busy periods such as Black Friday and other Holiday Seasons such as Christmas & Easter.

We ship to all regions across Cyprus, excluding addresses registered in Northern Cyprus.

If your post code is included in the list below, by selecting 'Free Standard Delivery' at the Checkout, your order will be delivered to your home. If your post code is not in the below list, your order will be available for 'Pick-Up' at the closest GAP AKIS EXPRESS location to your delivery address and you will be notified by GAP AKIS EXPRESS when the package is ready for pick-up.

Absolutely, when placing your order you have the choice to select one of our Click & Collect locations at our stores that appear at the checkout step of placing your order. You will be notified once your order is ready to be collected.

We want you to feel confident when you buy with us. That is why we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase, provided that you return it in original condition, with the original packaging, in a single box within 28 days along with proof of purchase (Order Number).

- Refunds are offered within 14 days of receiving the item back at one of our Stores.

- Your return must be logged in our returns portal which can be found here: Returns Center

- Once your Return request has been approved, you may return your items at an ERA Department Store.

- For Health & Hygiene reasons the following products are NOT eligible for return: Items that are not sealed, Eyeliners, Mascaras, Lip Glosses, Brow Mascaras, Nail Polishes (Base Coats, Top Coats, Nail Treatments, Eye lashes, Eye Lash Curlers, Nail Files, Nail Clippers, Nail Scissors, Hair Grooming Scissors, Lip Liners, Brow Pencils, Hair Colorants, Deodorant, Shaving Tool Sets.)

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

- Items which are returned to us having been used will not be granted a refund.

- If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace the item free of charge.

- If an order qualified for a free gift, the gift will also need to be returned in a saleable condition or the refund will not be granted.

- If buying an item as a set or as a group of products under one product code, the whole set will need to be returned to us in order to be refunded. Under no circumstances we will accept part returns. In such an event, we will return the items back and no refund will be given.

If you are having an issue with your delivery please contact us via Chat on our website or email our Customer Support Team referencing your order number so we can easily help you, at eraeshopcs@ermes.com.cy.

If you wish to return an item ordered online you can do so as long as the product is unopened and unused within 28 days of the item being delivered. Please use our returns portal that can be found herelog your return request. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with returning your item. Once we have received the item/s a refund will be issued within 14 days. You will also receive an e-mail notifying you of the refund.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team via Chat as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed.

Unfortunately, if your order has been processed or dispatched it can't be cancelled and to receive a refund the Returns Process will need to be completed.

Once we have received the return, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing.

If the items you've received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to resend them to you. Please notify our Customer Support Team within 7 days and complete a Returns form in our Returns Center Here: https://eraeshop.returnscenter.com/

To ensure a quick resolution please provide the order number and images of the damaged, faulty or wrong items and packing materials in your e-mail so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your order is incomplete please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and we will happily assist you further.

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support Team via Chat or E-mail as soon as possible and if your order has not been shipped yet we will we be able to adjust your shipping address.

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, please note that you cannot change the delivery address.

Most orders are shipped in our custom ERA box and smaller items may be shipped in padded Envelopes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the Checkout.

Once you have added all your items to your bag please ‘Proceed to Checkout’. On this page you will see a summary of your order on the right hand side, including a space to ‘Apply a Gift Card or Discount Code’– before proceeding on to your preferred Shipping Options, please enter your discount code here and see the adjusted price before proceeding to select your Shipping Option and make your payment.

Discount codes are only valid on full price products, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Discounts cannot be added retrospectively and ERA Department Stores Plc. reserves the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.

If your discount code is still not working after meeting requirements then please contact our Customer Support Team via Chat or E-mail before proceeding to make your payment.

If you loose your eGift Card code, please contact our Customer Support Team and ERA Department Stores will re-issue and resend the ERA eGift Card at its current value.

By clicking on ‘View Gift Card’ in your Gift Card e-mail, you will be able to see the remaining balance of your eGift Card.

Yes, you can collect Unique points when shopping online. Just make sure when placing your order you have entered the mobile number linked to your unique account in your account information and the point should appear within 5 days.
