An extra slim, felt tip-style pen allows for effortless control and precision to create a defined and striking look. The smudge-proof and long-lasting eyeliner will last all day.
Use the tip of the applicator to create an elongated line along the upper lashes drawing upwards at the end. Repeat if a thicker, bolder look is desired.
