Express waterproof makeup remover - Non-greasy effect This biphasic solution removes instantly and gently waterproof makeup without leaving skin oily: - one part oil which facilitates the removal of pigments and removes the most resistant mascaras, and one part water comprising a non-gentle and nonionic agent to complete cleansing. Result: The skin is clean and without any traces of makeup. How to use it? Shake well before each use to mix both parts. Apply on a dry cotton and gently wipe over eyelids and eyelashes. Does not require rinsing.
